Did you know you can manage repeat prescriptions from Kildonan House in the NHS App?
You can easily choose where your prescriptions are sent. So, if you know you'll be away from home or you are moving home, you can change your nominated pharmacy from within the app.
You can also order your prescription at any time that suits you. There’s no need to wait to join a telephone queue or wait until the GP surgery opens.
It’s easy to use, and, if you hit a snag, you can go to ‘Help’ in the top right-hand corner of the app or visit nhs.uk/helpmeapp.

Repeat prescriptions can be requested in the following ways:
For requests via the internet please allow 48 hours, excluding weekends and Bank Holidays, for your request to be processed.
Your prescription can be, collected or delivered to you from a pharmacy of your own choosing. For details about this please contact your pharmacy of choice.
If you would prefer to collect your medication, or have it delivered, from our on-site Kildonan Pharmacy rather than picking up your written prescription from here please mark your request with the initials KP and the medication will be ready at 4:00pm the day after you request it.
Patients on repeat medication will be asked to see a doctor, pharmacist, nurse practitioner or practice nurse at least once a year to review these regular medications.
